These terms apply to orders placed at digestym.com with Taiga Life Ltd. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly, we will tell you and refund you in full. We sell to consumers aged 18 and over.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Taiga Life Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.
Digestym is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Always read the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a known medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
