Free UK delivery on every order. We dispatch within 2 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email when your order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods. We deliver to UK addresses only. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@digestym.com and we will look into it.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@digestym.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Digestym is a sealed food supplement. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns of cartons or blister strips that have been opened. Unopened cartons in resaleable condition can be returned as above.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@digestym.com within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Email hello@digestym.com before returning anything and we will confirm the address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
